Marrot

Description

Size:6

In the history of weapons development, there have been any number of designs that fell outside the conventional. There have also been quite a variety of different ideas about gripping options. In the real world you have weapons designed to be used two at a time (in pairs), designs that require two hands (large weapons) and even ones that are double ended designs (the staff for example). But I've never seen a design that used two different shafts, until now.
I present the marrot, a completely original design that tries to maximize the users grip options. The weapon would be approximately 48" long over all. It is an integral design, being made of one piece of steel that was made from smaller bits welded together. The wooden grips are set into that steel for comfort and weight savings. It could be used in in all three dimensions to thrust, slice and strike with the 'side spikes'.
The name is just a word I pulled out of the air.
